Davide Spanio is an Associate Professor of Theoretical Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Heritage at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. His research focuses on Italian idealism, particularly the works of Giovanni Gentile and Emanuele Severino. Spanio has published extensively on topics such as metaphysics, dialectics, and the history of philosophy. He is also a member of the editorial boards of several philosophical journals and has organized numerous conferences and seminars in his field.
