

Francis Wolff is a French philosopher and professor emeritus at the École Normale Supérieure in Paris. His work spans ancient philosophy, particularly Socrates and Aristotle, as well as contemporary issues in music, human nature, and bullfighting. Wolff has authored several influential books, including "Pourquoi la musique?" and "Notre humanité. D'Aristote aux neurosciences." He has also taught at the University of Paris-X Nanterre, the University of Reims, and the University of São Paulo in Brazil.
